Super Kid

The following story is one of my family's legend stories. Every family has these stories. Let me set the stage. This is a story about my brother, Gary, who was five years old at the time of the event. He spent the day with some friends who lived on the second floor of an apartment duplex.   You entered the building to get to their apartment, turned left up a flight of steps, and then turned right to go up another fifteen plus steps to the second floor. My father was on his way to pick up my brother.   Got it? Ok. Here is the story. So my dad walks into the building, turns left, walks up the steps, and turns right to head up the following steps, when he hears, "Look, dad!" He looks up to see Gary taking a running start at the top of the steps, leaping into the air wearing a blue towel as a cape, yelling, "I am Superman." So soar, he did down the fifteen steps to head plant at my father's feet. CRACK!

Marvel superhero movies are the rage right now. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness just came out in the theaters. I googled Marvel superheroes. Did you know there are over 100 superheroes? I knew a few of the most famous: Superman, Spider-Man, and Iron Man. But do you know who these superheroes are: Luke Cage, Nick Fury, Thunderbolt Ross, Carol Danvers, Ben Reilly, Eddie Brock, or Hank Pym? I don't.

There is one superhero that everyone needs to know: Mono Dynasthai. This superhero is the only exclusive hero. There is no one like this hero. This hero is the one with all power, might, strength, ability, energy, and authority. Yes, you have guessed, Jesus, "The Mono Dynasthai, the King of kings and Lord of lords, who alone is immortal and who lives in unapproachable light, whom no one has seen or can see. To him be honor and might forever. Amen!"

All Marvel superheroes are great silver screen saviors, but when the credits are over, and the END word appears, they disappear, and we leave our scattered popcorn and walk back into a world filled will villains which no one can conquer. But be of good cheer, Mono Dynasthai, has overcome.
